He has significant experience with entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, international, multi-state, stock options, R&D tax issues, and advanced planning strategies for individuals and closely-held companies.

David was the worldwide controller for an early stage company that received over $20 million through three rounds of funding. During that time, he presented the worldwide reporting and budgets to the Board, managed the venture capital due diligence process, and coordinated the audits performed by the large national firms.
