BACKGROUND

Tom was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of a software development company from start-up to its acquisition. Tom worked in product management for a major Silicon Valley semiconductor manufacturer before entering public accounting. He has served as a board member of many nonprofit organizations and political committees. Prior to creating the Emerging Business Services Group, Tom worked extensively in success planning for closely-held businesses, stock option planning, interim-CFO services and estate and trust planning.
